AURA ANATOMY : HUMAN AURA EXPLAINED

What exactly are auras?

"Aura is the manifestation of our soul. It bears our burdens and shields our hearts."

The word aura, itself is derived from the Greek (avra) meaning dawn, breath, or golden glow. An aura can be described as a particular atmosphere or quality that seems to surround a person or thing. Auras often have layers, and these layers are separate and distinct yet connected to all the remaining layers. There is a popular belief that auras change colors and shapes with the changing moods and situations of each person.
All things have energy. It’s the way you send out “vibes” or awareness.
Every living human has an energy field around them. Other living things, such as trees, flowers, or animals, can also have an energy field.
One way to think of auras is as the “energy” someone around you omits. Some people make you nervous — others relax you. This, in some ways, could be seen as a reaction to the energy they radiate.
When someone references an "aura," they're talking about the unseen spiritual energy that surrounds all living things.
Ancient medical systems believe that this energy is expressed in seven layers. Each layer is said to correlate to a different element of your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health.

What is Human Aura?
The Human Energy Field (HEF), the Human Aura, is an energy field that surrounds human beings.
Everyone has this energy field. It is a manifestation of energy, a luminous body, surrounding our physical body from all sides, from above and from below.
The aura is directly connected to the energy vortices of the body, the seven chakras.
Your aura is depleted when you are hurt by some body. or you face aggressive behaviours from others. this flow of energy acts as a shield and protects you from the ill effects of some body's bad thoughts, ill intentions. Bad vibes or negative energy is the vibration that escapes when someone experiences negative emotions such as fear, desperation, jealousy, sorrow, anger, regret, hopelessness or rejection. These affect the atmosphere and people in it. They can make your mood fluctuate, make you dull, pessimistic, and suspicious and so could make you sick.

Experiences of Human Aura
Here are some of the signs that you have experienced the Universal Human Energy Field of yourself and others, and our interconnectedness:
  • You felt anxious, panicky when you entered a room full of people.
  • You turned around, only to find out that someone was staring at you.
  • You felt instant calm and peace in someone's presence.
  • You felt anxious, angry, irritable in someone's presence, without any particular trigger or verbal communication from the other person.
  • You feel drained around certain people.
  • You feel drained or overwhelmed in large crowds, shopping malls, or at events.
  • You had a sense of how someone is feeling, despite their behaviour indicating otherwise.
These are just a few examples. If you have answered yes to any of these, then you have felt, experienced, the auric field of another person. Which means that you have experienced interconnectedness.
We can also experience the energy field of animals, plants, rocks, minerals, etc.

Aura – Why is It So Important?

Your aura surrounds you like a second skin and is the part of your energy body that most interacts with the outside world. It is the very part of you that can and does absorb negative energy from your environment as well as the people around you.
This energy then attaches itself to your aura and should it not be cleansed and cleared could manifest in illness or dis-ease.
It therefore makes complete sense for you to work with this highly sensitive energy field, become familiar with it and to practice to tune into it. We can sense someone's energetic body and we're automatically attracted to or turned off.
 Your aura is always alive, and always connected to your body and the universe. There's no off switch, so it keeps up with you at every turn.

There are 7 major Chakras and 122 minor Chakras in out body. Any disruption in the normal functioning of Chakras and Meridian System impact the Aura surrounding our body. In medical terminology these manifest as physical diseases and illnesses like cancer, diabetes and hypertension etc. or psychological and mental disturbances like depression, schizophrenia and sleeplessness etc. Are you wondering how beneficial it will be known that our inner machinery is not functioning properly even before the problem becomes conspicuous in the form of symptoms? We can immediately start the healing process before the disease spreads it roots.

The auric circle is, of course, really egg-shaped, or oval, for it fringes the aura as the shell cases the egg. See yourself, mentally, as surrounded by this great white auric circle of protection, and let the idea sink into your consciousness. Realize its power over the influences from outside, and rejoice in the immunity it gives you.

History of Aura and Chakras?
The oldest records were found in Ancient Indian literature. Maharishi Patanjali had also described them; where he has mentioned about the seven energy centres (Chakras) and a field of energy around the body (human aura). At that time, it remained a metaphysical concept, until 1939 when a Russian electrician named Simion Kirlian discovered the art of photographing the energy field. Since then Kirlian photography has become the basis of all aura photography in the art of Reading Aura in modern days.

Since then many aura photography techniques and aura photography software’s were developed in different parts of the world.

What the aura made up of?
Each aura is made up of seven layers correlating to different aspects of your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Here is a breakdown of each aura layer:
1. Physical Aura Layer
This first layer of an aura is diminished during waking hours and rejuvenated when we sleep. It’s linked to our five senses and overall bodily health.

2. Astral Aura Layer
Connected to our emotions, this next aura layer stores emotional memories and experiences.
 3. Lower Aura Layer

This layer is tied to logic and thinking patterns. This is where we spend most of our waking hours. The lower layer is engaged when we are working, studying or focusing on the task at hand.

4. Higher Aura Layer

Acting as a bridge between layers, the higher aura layer connects your wellbeing to the well-being of others. It’s where we hold our beliefs such as self-compassion and selflessness.

5. Spiritual Aura Layer
At this layer, you connect with other people over spiritual matters. Your aura grows and shines brighter when you teach, share, and engage with others on a spiritual level.

6. Intuitional Aura Layer
This is also known as your third eye, which allows you to gain a deeper level of awareness. Your sensitivity and intuition are heightened at this layer.

7. Absolute Aura Layer
This layer balances the other aura layers. It stores all of your experiences and guides you on your life path.
Spiritual advisors and alternative medicine practitioners claim to be able to see the color and vibration of a person’s aura.

Aura Colors and Their Meanings
Each level of your aura is believed to be represented by a different color. The way these colors interact shows how mentally, physically and spiritually dynamic you are.
For instance, some levels may be brighter where you have vibrant energy whereas other levels may be dull if you’re feeling sad or sick. Also, your aura is said to vary, so depending on where you are in life, the colors may change.
Spiritual advisors and energy practitioners offer general interpretations of the aura color meanings:

·        Turquoise: Dynamic personality, natural organizer
·        Green: Healer, feels connected to nature
·        Purple: Sensitive, spiritual
·        Red: Passionate, vibrant
·        Pink: Harmonious, peaceful
·        Yellow: Joyful, intellectual
·        Blue: Spiritual, intuitive
·        White: Balanced, in harmony
·        Murky: Mentally or physically ill

Aura Cleansing: Ways You Can Cleanse Your Aura
Feeling drained? Are your emotions all over the place lately? Since auras are connected to our energy, cleansing your aura is a form of self-care. If you feel like out of alignment, here’s how to cleanse your aura:
To bring your mind, body and spirit back into balance, meditate for 10 minutes or more each day. It’s an excellent tool for emotional healing, and can be practiced anywhere, anytime. Meditation allows you to stay present and helps you cope with any obstacles that cross your path.
2. Use Positive Affirmations
You know the feeling after a shower when you wash away the stress of the day? Not only does it feel great to have a clean body, but the water somehow feels like it cleansed your mental and emotional troubles.
Positive affirmations work in the same way to wash away negative energy and attract positivity into your life.
Affirmations weave into the conscious and subconscious mind, to help us rewire our limiting belief systems. Through repetition, positive beliefs will replace the negative ones and become part of who we are.
3. Visualize!
There are simple visualization exercises you can do to help balance the layers of your aura. One of the simplest yet effective techniques is to envision you are inhaling white, healing energy and exhaling black, negative energy out of your body.
The white represents light, love and wisdom and the black represents fear and the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

How to See and Feel Auras
In order to be able to see your aura, it’s essential that you first learn how to feel it.
Gently rub your hands together to activate your energy. You may feel this as a tingling, vibrating or warm sensation. Place your hands with palms facing each other. Experiment with the feeling of energy by slowing pulling your hands apart and bringing them back together. You will notice what your aura ‘feels’ like.
To view your own aura, it’s best to stand facing a white wall or to use a mirror. Adjust your vision and focus on the area just beyond the tips of your fingers or the side of your hand. Allow your vision to go slightly out of focus. Extend your arm as far away as possible so that your visual perception encompasses your entire hand. You will be able to see a fine white ‘mist’ around your hand. This is the inner aura.
Move your focus slightly further out. Soften your gaze and continue to look at the subtle energy that surrounds you. This exercise requires practice, so don’t be disheartened if you’re not able to ‘see’ the colours straight away. You can practice your aura reading skills on other people and plants.
Eventually, we will have instruments that can reflect an individual's state of balance.
Most of us think of an aura as being coloured light around the body, something mysterious that only psychics can see. In fact, anyone can perceive an aura, and it's not just something we can see, but also feel, and sometimes even hear, smell or taste!
By leading a peaceful life and meditating in quiet surroundings once can enhance the aura. Similarly, the chanting of prayers and specific mantras have a profound effect on the aura, giving every individual access to spiritual wisdom and growth.

How to repair holes in the aura?
It’s a common occurrence that the aura of an ordinary person is uneven, has depleted or congested areas, cracks or holes, and energy cords attached to it.
For example, prolonged exposure to radiation of a computer monitor can breach the aura at the head, chest and the solar plexus level, i.e. at the level of its position in relation to the human body.
Breaks in the aura can be of different sizes – from pinholes to big gaping 'wounds'. Such injuries expose and make vulnerable the inner fields of the person.
Below are a few common causes of thinning, cracks or holes in the aura:
·  strong emotions (anger, fear, etc.);
·  a psychological trauma;
·  alcohol and drugs;
·  anaesthesia;
·  some pharmacological agents;
·  so-called "soul fragments" missing;
·  a blow to the physical body;
·  environmental toxins;
·  electromagnetic fields;
·  an unintentional psychic attack from people (negative thoughts, criticism, household curses);
·  intentional (or black magic) attacks;
·  channelling;
·  "hit and run" attacks by non-material entities;
·  others.
When the integrity of the aura is compromised, the person will experience draining of energy. This can manifest as a sudden energy loss, a sharp change of mood, headache (often migraine), acute pain, nausea, sudden illness (e.g., infection), etc.
The aura will normally recover its integrity in several days through a natural process of self-healing. During this period, the person may feel unwell and they may intuitively seek alternate sources of replenishment of vital energy. Since most of the people do not know how to replenish their reserves of vitality through natural means (that is by absorbing prana from the environment), they replace the energy by ‘eating something’ or by vamping energy from other people.
There are many other methods for cleaning and restoration of the aura, the only limitation is your imagination. Surround yourself with positive energies.
Ways to improve and strengthen your aura are:
ü  Tell yourself how wonderful and magnificent you are… believe it!
ü  Go outside and bathe in sunlight as this naturally revitalizes your aura
ü  Listen to sounds and frequencies that lift your vibration and enhance whole-brain activity (check out YouTube Love Frequency 528Hz)
ü  Learn something new
ü  Volunteer to help a cause you believe in
ü  Dance
ü  Do all the things that bring you pleasure and passion you
ü  Make time to cultivate and nurture the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical aspects of your life.

When attempting to view the aura for the first time, I suggest beginning with plants and trees. Go outside… relax and make the intention you would like to invite nature to show you every spectrum of its beauty. Bring yourself to a state of gratitude, love, or reverence…  Hold a soft gaze and just allow… do not force… allow… It may take time but it's worth it.
