Practice bhramara mudra to
get rid of seasonal cold, cough and sore throat
Mudra is a part of holistic healing Ayurveda and Yoga. It is very effective and easy to practice. Anyone can do it anytime, and there is no need for any expertise to do it. Just five to ten minutes of regular practice enough to get good results.

Ø Sit in Sukhasna and
