Mother's Day 2022 in India

Mother's love is the purest and most selfless form of love. It is a day to celebrate motherhood and honor mothers. 

The word "Mother" resonates with blissful unconditional love and care that is the basic need of every child.

"Mother" Being the source or origin, the reasons for her existence in a child's life is endless and it applies to the entire living world of humans and animals. The connection of children with mothers seems to be eternal as this bond starts way before birth. If we go to jot down the list of reasons that make moms so important, then it might seem endless.

Mother's Day is celebrated annually in many countries around the world. While the dates vary every year, it is largely celebrated on the second Sunday of the month of May every year. This year, it will be celebrated on May 8.

From the day a child is born, she works hard to make sure that her child is equipped with knowledge, skills, and abilities. She gives her best to make you a competent human being. Being a mother is perhaps the hardest, most rewarding job.

घर और मन को #स्वच्छ रखें!

सुख-समृद्धि के लिए लक्ष्मी की पूजा की जाती है। लक्ष्मी साफ-सुथरे घरों में ही प्रवेश करती हैं गंदे घरों में नहीं। घर साफ-सुथरा और स्वच्छ है तो उसमें रहने वाले भी स्वस्थ और सकारात्मक ऊर्जा से भरपूर होंगे।

पर इन सबके बीच हम कभी ऐसा क्यों नहीं करते कि घर की सफाई के साथ-साथ अपने मन को…अपने वचारों को भी साफ़ करें, उनमे भी स्वच्छता और शुद्धता का प्रवाह करें…पुराने अनुपयोगी विचारों को बाहर करों और नए उर्जावान और

सकारात्मक विचारों से अपने मन को अपने चिंतन को सजाएं!

हे ईश्वर एक आईना कुछ ऐसा बना दे
जो चेहरा नहीं नीयत दिखा दे।

कई बार लोग ऐसा महसूस करते हैं कि काफी परिश्रम और प्रयत्न के बाद भी धन नहीं मिलता या मनचाही सफलता नहीं मिलती. कभी मेहनत के अनुसार आपको पैसे नहीं मिलते तो कभी मन माफिक नौकरी नहीं मिलती. व्यापारी हैं तो व्यापार में बरकत नहीं है ! बाहरी स्वच्छता ही नहीं आंतरिक स्वच्छता भी महात्वपूर्ण है। कमोबेश हमारे मन की स्थिति भी सामान जैसी ही रहती है। उसमें अच्छे-बुरे, उपयोगी-अनुपयोगी असंख्य विचारों का तांता लगा रहता है। विचारों का प्रवाह इतना तीव्र होता है कि हमें पता ही नहीं चलता कि कौन सा विचार उपयोगी है और कौन सा नहीं। इसके कारण हमारे लक्ष्य हमेशा अस्पष्ट रहते हैं जीवन में अपेक्षित सफलता नहीं मिल पाती। जिस प्रकार इस भाग-दौड़ भरी ज़िन्दगी में हमें रोज विधिवत सफाई का मौका नहीं मिलता वैसे ही हमें अपने विचारों को भी सकारात्मक बनाने का भी अलग से वक़्त नहीं मिलता।

बरकत के लिए : बरकत आती है साफ नीयत, साफ शरीर और साफ घर से. मन, शरीर और घर साफ-सुथरा और स्वच्छ रहेगा तो घर में बरकत रहेगी. साफ नीयत के लिए दान दें, साफ  शरीर के लिए पंच स्नान और व्रत करें, स्वच्छ घर के लिए समुद्री नमक से पोंछा लगाएं और घर का अटाला घर बाहर कर दें. 

यह एक तथ्य भी है कि बाहरी वातावरण का प्रभाव हमारे अन्दर की सोच पर भी पड़ता है. अतः जब बाहरी वातावरण में सकारात्मकता हो तो यही समय अपने अन्दर की सफाई के लिए भी सबसे अच्छा है।

रोजाना योग करें 
योग केवल शरीर को सेहतमंद नहीं रखता बल्कि निरंतर योग करने से सहनशीलता बढ़ने के साथ आप दिमागी तौर से भी मजबूत होते हैं। आपको छोटी-छोटी बातें परेशान नहीं करती है। आप रोजाना सुबह और रात के समय ध्यान भी लगा सकते हैं। 

गीता सार याद रखें 
दुनिया में कुछ भी स्थाई नहीं है। सुख-दुःख सभी बदलते रहते हैं। इसका अर्थ यह है कि जिन परिस्थितियों ने आपको उदास किया हुआ है, वे आज नहीं तो कल बदलेगी जरूर इसलिए अपने आपको भरोसा दिलाएं कि बुरा समय बदलेगा। परिवर्तन ही सृष्टि का नियम है। 

खुशहाली चाहते हैं तो थोड़ा समय निकालिए

अगर धरती पर खुशहाली लानी है तो हर आत्मा को, हर दाग, जो पिछले कई जन्मों से लाए हुए हैं, उन्हें साफ करना है। जैसे कोई मुझसे प्यार ही नहीं करता, कोई मेरा सम्मान नहीं करता, किसी को मेरा मोल नहीं है, जिसे देखो मुझे इस्तेमाल कर छोड़ देता है। ये आवाजें जब अंदर चलती रहती हैं, तो आत्मा की पवित्रता खत्म हो जाती है।

साफ़ की हुई धूल भी तो कुछ दिनों बाद फिर से जमना शुरू हो जाती है, लेकिन तब उसे साफ़ करने में अधिक मेहनत नहीं लगती थोड़ी सी डस्टिंग से सतह साफ़ हो जाती है। इसी तरह आप एक बार अपने मन से किसी नकारात्मक विचार को निकाल देंगे तो पुनः उसके आने पर उस पर काबू करना आसान होगा। घर के साथ मन के कोने-कोने की भी सफाई करें।

इस सुरदुर्लभ मानव शरीर में प्राप्त हो सकने वाली शुभ सम्वेदनाओं में अवरोध उत्पन्न न हो उसके लिए यह आवश्यक है कि हमारी गतिशीलता के द्वार खुले रहें। शरीर के स्वस मन के स्वच्छ, समाज के सभ्य रहने पर ही हम उस आनन्द को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, उस तक्ष को पूर्ण कर सकते हैं जिसके लिए यह जन्म हमें मिला है। यह तीन ही विभूतियाँ इस संसार में हैं, इन्हीं के आधार पर अन्य सब प्रकार की सम्पदायें उपलब्ध होती है। जिसके पास भारत होगा उसे धन की क्या कमी रहेगी? जिसके पास अमृत होगा उसे मृत्यु से क्यों डरना पड़ेगा? जिसके घर में कल्पवृक्ष होगा उसकी कोई ना क्यों अपूर्ण रहेगी? स्वस्थ शरीर, स्वच्छ मन और सभ्य समाज की गणना पारस, अमृत और कल्पवृक्ष से की जा सकती है। पुराणों में वर्णित ये तीन विभूतियों आहे काल्पनिक ही सिद्ध क्यों न हों पर यह प्रत्यक्ष विभूतियाँ ऐसी हैं जिन का सत्परिणाम हाथों हाथ देखा जा सकता है।

शरीर को आलस, असंयम, उपेक्षा एवं दुर्व्यसनों में पड़ा रहने दिया जाय तो उसकी सारी विशेषताएँ नष्ट हो जायेंगी। इसी प्रकार मन को अव्यवस्थित पड़ा रहने दिया जाय, उसे कुसंस्कार ग्रस्त होने से संभाला न जाय तो निश्चय ही वह हीन स्थिति को पकड़ लेगा। पानी का स्वभाव नीचे की तरफ बहना है, ऊपर उठाने के लिए बहुत प्रयत्न करते हैं तब सफलता मिलती है। मन का भी यही हाल है यदि उसे रोका, संभाला, समझाया, बाँधा और उठाया न जाय तो उसका कुसंस्कारी दुर्गुणी, पतनोन्मुखी, आतसी एवं दीन-दरिद्र प्रकृति का बन जीना ही निश्चित है।

जिस तरह से हम अपने घर को साफ करते हैं, उसी तरह से समय-समय पर अपने मन-मस्तिष्क को भी साफ करना चाहिए। विचारों को भी व्यवस्थित करना जरूरी होता है। समय के साथ हमारा मन अनचाहे ही ऐसे विचारों व भावनाओं से भर जाता है, जिनसे अंतत: किसी का कल्याण नहीं होता। ऐसे विचारों में विस्फोट आपको बेचैनी के अंधेरे सुरंग में धकेल सकता है। इनसे समय रहते छुटकारा पाने की आवश्यकता है।

Akshaya Tritiya signifies never-ending prosperity

Akshaya Tritiya comes once a year on the third day (Tritiya) of the bright fortnight (Shukla Paksha) in the month of Vaishakha. This year, it is being celebrated on May 3, 2022.

Akshaya Tritiya is also known as Akha Teej considered to be one of the most auspicious days in the Hindu calendar. It is even more auspicious if the Muhurta falls on Rohini Nakshatra. It is celebrated by Hindus and Jains across the country. Akshaya is a term in Sanskrit that means no decay.  It is the day of multiplication whatever good deeds we do on this day gets multiplied. It is believed that this day brings good fortune and luck in your life.

According to Vedic Astrology, it is one of the best and the most sacred periods to begin a new venture, doing new purchases, investing in something, expanding the business, renovating the house, entering a new home or getting involved in a new relationship. It is believed that Akshaya Tritiya is the best occasion to attain immense success, growth, prosperity, well-being and to fulfil one’s desire.

The whole 24 hours on the day of Akshaya Tritiya are considered to be auspicious and sacred and this is the day that offers peace by destroying the blockages caused due to Karma. It is believed that if one meditates on this day, that individual’s mind is calmed and all the negative thoughts that create a web of stress are destroyed. Through meditation and by offering prayers to the Supreme one can help fulfil their dreams through the mental power of visualizing and believing and through the power of affirmation.

Thus, to sum it up, Akshaya Tritiya is an auspicious day that is known to bestow good luck and offer success in all undertakings. It is a day where positivity is amplified and negative energies are destroyed. Akshaya (अक्षय) means never diminishing. Hence the benefits of doing any Japa, Yajna, Pitra-Tarpan, Dan-Punya on this day never diminish and remain with the person forever.
