Let prosperity be glorified -let rulers, rule the world with law and justice let divinity and erudition the God protects, let all beings be happy and prosperous.
The position of our hands has the ability to influence energy of our
physical, emotional and spiritual body. Mudras help to link the brain to the
body, soothe pain, stimulate endorphins, change the mood and increase our
vitality.
Mudras are a combination of elegance and mysticism. They purify,
energize, and divinize the spiritual aspirant in a similar way as mantra
recitation.
THE SECRET SCIENCE OF MUDRAS:
"Mudras" are higher spiritual practices to awaken the prana, chakras and kundalini and they help us attain higher states of consciousness. Mudras bring about subtle changes in the 72,000 naadis of our body. Each mudra is a 'closed electrical circuit' to prevent the energy leakage from the system. Mudras reduce adreno-cortical activity, lessens the nervous irritability, improves the cardiac and respiratory function; increases the physiological resistance, relaxes the endocrinal glands, stabilizes the blood pressure, enhances the immune response and also improves the concentration, memory and intelligence. Mudras are the key to unlock the potential of the body. The mudras can improve physical health, mental peace, emotional balance and spiritual maturity.
Yoga mudras, coupled with the right breathing practice, can
Reduce aches and pains, including migraine
Ø Improve digestion
Ø Support heart health
Ø Boost intelligence and
clarity
Ø Improve focus
Ø Calm the mind
Ø Reduce anxiety … and more?
How long do you hold mudras?
Two minutes
How
long should a Mudra be practiced? “trigger” the Mudra, to create the
electromagnetic circuit. Then, it needs to be held for at least two
minutes, but you can hold it for as long as can, ideally for 45 minutes in a
24-hour period - morning, afternoon and evening.
Kubera Mudra, also known as "Wealth Mudra". It
is a hand gesture or seal commonly used in yoga and meditation practices. It is
named after Kubera, a Hindu deity associated with wealth, prosperity and
abundance. By practicing this mudra, individuals seek to attract and manifest
financial and material abundance in their lives.
Mudra for wealth (9 jewels)
The nine jewels symbolize wealth of life according to the eastern
tradition. From these nine jewels consists body, mind and consciousness
of a human and the environment. Combining all nine jewels in one bowl, we
confirm the union of the soul and body, the union a human and space. The full
bowl symbolizes prosperity and wealth.
How to form this mudra: Four fingers of the left-hand support from
the down and embrace the same fingers of the right hand. The thumbs of the both
hands put aside freely, forming a bowl.
Consciously performing mudras allow us to
become more aware of inner energy and to control it so that we make the most of
each moment. The effect is total, at once subtle but powerful. In this way, we
learn to integrate our dissipated thoughts and actions, so that life becomes a
graceful flow of energy and understanding. Our whole being can then become a
mudra, a gesture of life within, reflecting into our external life. Practicing
mudras engages both the body and the mind, creating a very focused and powerful
healing practice. Stay for several breaths and focus on the feeling in your hands.
Let the mind soften. Let the heart open. And let the entire mind, body, and
soul prepare to receive love, abundance, health, wealth, success and true
compassion and connection.
