Translation:
Saajan (O
Beloved), Hum Tum (I and You), Ek Hain (are One).
Aur (and), Kahan
Sunan Ko (for speaking and listening), Do (two).
In other words, 'we are two for the sake of communication via language (speaking and listening)'.

Toliye ('weigh our heart with the Universe's heart' or 'weight the wish of our

So Do Man Kabhau

two hearts are aligned ('one' / exactly the same).
