The five

of accumulated debris, which is in form of cough in the lungs and undigested
(fermenting) food in the large intestine. It is very helpful for people

METHOD:
To do Chandrakala mudra, you have to extend index finger
and thumb as indicated. The thumb and index finger will be perpendicular
to each other. The other fingers will fold into the palm.
