Hanuman Jayanti is the celebration of the auspicious appearance day of Sri Hanuman, an ardent devotee and eternal servitor of Lord Sri Ram.
Father: Kesari
Mother: Anjana
Hanuman's childhood name: Maruti

Facts about Hanuman:

Hanuman is known as the 11th incarnation of Lord Shiva, whose purpose of advent on earth was in the Treta-yuga to serve Lord Shree Ramchandra.

Later in Dwaparyug, He served Lord Shree Krishna during the Mahabharat by resting on Arjun's chariot and protecting it from destruction.

He is a bachelor and is worshipped in all the temples of India. Every temple of Sri Rama contains an icon of Hanuman. Worship of Sri Rama is complete only with the worship of Hanuman.

In Kalyug during Lord Swaminarayan's time, He served Him both during childhood and forest adventures (Van Vicharan).

Hanumanji is one amongst the eight Immortals (Chiranjivi) as mentioned in the Bhaktchintamani in a conversation between Dharmadev and Bhakti Mata. Until the start of the next Satyug, He is present in divine form ever engaged in the service of the Lord and also protecting His devotees.

In various Vachanamrut, Lord Swaminarayan praises Hanuman for His staunch and chaste devotion.

Worship of Lord Hanuman symbolizes in our individual life “The Pursuit of Excellence”.

When asked by Ram, "Who are you, a monkey or a man?" Hanuman bowed his head reverently, folded his hands and said, "When I do not know who I am, I serve You, and when I do know who I am, I am you." What did Hanuman mean in this quote?

My answer with the original verse:
देह दृष्टया तू दासो अहम्, जीव दृष्ट्या त्वदंशकम्।
तत्त्व दृष्ट्या त्वमेवाह्म्, इति में निश्चिता मति:।।

Here when Bhagwan asks Mahatma Hanuman ji, that “Who are you”. One of the best among the intellectuals Hanuman ji replied the above verse which means “If we look from the perspective of this mortal body, I am your Sevak/Servant (दास). If we look at the perspective of Ataman, I am your ‘ansh’ as Goswami ji also says
ईश्वर अंश जीव अविनाशी, चेतन अमल सहज सुख राशी।
Further Hanuman ji say, if we look from the perspective of eternal truth (तत्त्व), I am you. Because whatever is out there is all you, nothing else and this is very clear to me.
Now, here comes the proof of calling Hanuman ji as ज्ञानिनां अग्रगण्यं (Foremost among intellectuals). In Sanatana dharma, ultimate goal is to reach the level which Bhagwan Hanuman ji mentioned in the last. One first recognizes himself as this body (this is called “Agyan”), but when he continues on the path of “sadhana”, he gets the inner self of him and realize that he is something different from the body and encounter the Ataman. To know yourself is called “Gyan” in the adhyatm. But this is not the ultimate destination, if one still continues, he gets to know that there is nothing else then the “Paramatma” i.e. वासुदेवः सर्वम् and this is called “Param Gyan or Vigyan or Satya”. Bhagwan Hanuman ji knows this eternal truth, hence called as ज्ञानिनां अग्रगण्यं” (Foremost among intellectuals).
So now come to the question - Hanuman ji said, if I don't know who I am (that is ‘Agyaan’, means they are talking about body here), I am your servant. But if I do know who I am (here they are talking about “Gyan” or “Param Gyan”), I am you.
Let wisdom rule our thoughts,
Hanuman Ji breaks the sorrows of those who seek His help. Even from the satellites there was seen the presence of strange energy in Lord Rama’s village. So, it is clear that Lord Hanuman is very active and daring God in this Kalyug. And has the audacity to fight evil and appear in front of his devotees in open. As Kalyug has influenced over other God so they can’t appear front of their devotees even if they want. He is the Pure soul. He is the divine. He is Lord Shiva.
Chanting Hanuman Chalisa-Reading Ramayana-Worshiping Lord Rama is the best way to attain Lord Hanuman.

May our power be put to good use.
Happy Hanuman Jayanti
ॐ आञ्जनेयाय विद्महे वायुपुत्राय धीमहि । तन्नो हनुमत् प्रचोदयात् ॥

The larger process of healing always will become a tapestry of actions that blend in elements of physical, mental and spiritual parts of one’s life. To do this fully, healing becomes a process of growth.
The book revolves around the most of the healing techniques and made it in a very simple language. You can adapt and practice these techniques in under expert guidance and supervision for better results.
Life is full of happiness and tears; be strong and have faith.
Small and simple changes, shifts in thinking, and self-improvement.
The Holy Bhagwat Geeta says that most of the modern-day diseases are psychosomatic – caused by mind. Emotional disturbances like hatred, anger and fear destroy not only our peace of mind but our health as well. They are often caused by the over-or-under secretion of the endocrine glands which secrete chemical hormones into the blood stream, which affects body functions like growth, digestion and energy levels, etc.
Yoga and meditation are capable of relieving stress and strain and creating a relaxed mind. When a relaxed mind recites specific shlokas from Bhagavad Gita it can cure specific diseases.
Rendering of verses is surely not going to cure diseases but it can be a supplement to regular medical therapies.
My goal is to normalize the anxiety of change, motivate people through transitions and support them positively along their path…
You need to have strong desire. Strong enough to overcome all distractions, doubts and weaknesses.

Align with nature’s rhythm and see your own radical change

Here is to a life, every day and spiritual,
Both individual and communal,
Meditative and ritual,
Embracing all the emotions that make us human,
Leading us to happiness,
And beyond happiness

To being
and becoming
whole.

What Do You Expect from Life?

Two women started a new job on the same day.

One expected to have a great day and looked forward to meeting her new co-workers, the other dreaded it as she thought that she would be treated as an outsider.

They both got what they expected.

Two young men went to a university lecture.

One eagerly anticipated the chance to learn, the other attended the class solely to get through the course.

They both got what they expected.

Two sisters celebrated Christmas with their families.

One was looking forward to catching up with loved one and reminiscing on old times, the other was sure that it would be a disaster.

They both got what they expected.

Two men went to the same church on a Sunday morning.

One expected to experience God and learn something new for his spiritual walk, the other expected very little except to go through an empty ritual.

They both got what they expected.

Two women went to the same party.

One expected to have a great time with her friends, the other anticipated that no-one would speak to her.

They both got what they expected.

Two men went to football training for the same team.

One couldn’t wait to work hard, sweat and improve his skills, the other couldn’t be bothered working hard as he thought that training was a waste of time.

They both got what they expected.

In all these situations the pattern was the same:

·         They had the same circumstances.

·         They chose their attitude.

·         The outcome directly matched their expectations.

It doesn’t always work like this.

Sometimes, we have the most optimistic perspective, only to be sorely disappointed.

Sometimes, we go into a situation with a very negative attitude and are pleasantly surprised.

But you get what you expect. Some people grow up with the ability to think and act positively, but anyone can cultivate it with a little self-discipline.

Having this kind of perspective removes fear and doubt from your life and replaces them with certainty about achieving a successful outcome.

Life is full of happiness and tears; be strong and have faith.
