The Ascent of progress in life
Live A Progressive Life.
Surely everybody believes in progress?
I wonder how few people can stand still in hard
times. Is there any trait of being a progressive human? Or some unique men
& women are made up of the same metal used as the core of our earth.
Anyway, in both cases, the learnings are the same.
Most of us have a tendency to die several times
before death actually knocks on our doors. It’s crazy but true. The heart pumps
harder with the fear of uncertainty.
Well, many of us may leave to follow their
dreams. And most of us may move to a more comfortable life. And almost every
one of us drops the desire to live their dreams after a hard-punched failure.
The days and nights will try
to wallop you, and the world still tests your integrity at every possible
state.
And after a series of
devastating and soul-tearing events, when you finally came near to the fruit of
your hardwork – destiny will again test your honesty to prove your eligibility.
Wait with patience & Act with perseverance
Everybody & everything
will try to strike you, but you must wait with patience and act with
perseverance.
The rigid and the most
brittle metal breaks first, under pressure. And those who do not praise the
change always suffer from the change of time. Everything new is havoc for these
people.
But few who always embrace a
new perspective prosper with the grace of change. They remain happy and content
every time and situation.
10 things which can help to
make living a progressive one.
1) Be
honest with yourself: You must know what you are cut out
to do! You are either good at something or you are not! There is no in between.
You can do some things but you can’t do all things. Even the age old saying,
‘jack of all trade and master of none’, is not a compliment anyone can be proud
of. Therefore, know your gifting's and talents, stick to pursuing them.
2) Stop
trying to be someone you are not: Don’t pursue a career,
job or any endeavor because your friend or someone else excels in/at it. Don’t
be a carbon copy of another person; you become a waste of space when you do so.
It reminds me of the number of people who want to look like and be like Michael
Jackson and other renowned celebrities.
3) Tackle
problems, don’t run from them: Face your problems head on; ask
yourself pertinent questions. Are you the cause of your problems or is someone
else the cause? Do you need to stop doing the same thing over and over again in
order to get a different result? Look for every way to solve the problem rather
than passing the buck. In fact, I have read material and listened to enough
teachings to understand that success in life results from solving problems for
oneself and others.
4) Do
away with the wrong people: The wrong people put you down and
do not add to you. To make progress in life you must be a solution to someone’s
challenges, and also connect with people who are a solution to your challenges.
Look for people who encourage you to do great things.
5) Let
go of the past, grab the present and work on the future: If you
are holding on to the past, you will not be able to take hold of the present,
and the future may forever remain unattainable. God knew what He was getting
before He took you on, so if He’s not caught unaware by your faults then cut
yourself some slack too.
6) Stop
being idle: Get up and go! Seek and implement ideas that will
bless humanity.
What are you passionate about? What gives you pain? Dig deep within and come up
with answers. Take responsibility for your own life, with God on your side you
can make things happen. Whatever you do, don’t sit there doing nothing, do
something!
7) Don’t
be afraid of making a mistake: No baby wakes up one day to
start walking; babies crawl and stumble many times in the process of learning
to walk. If you are to make progress then you will surely make mistakes. The
fact that your last attempt at business failed does not mean you shouldn’t take
another shot at it. Glean from others, do your research, and move on into the
ideas that cross your mind.
8) Don’t
buy into the thought that you’re not ready: If you have
to wait for the perfect time, you may miss out on your season. Each and every
one of us have to get beyond our comfort zones to achieve progress.
9) Be
open to new relationships: You never know when God will bring a
destiny helper your way; someone who will push you into your destiny. Do not
let past relationships that failed deter you from getting into new ones.
10) Desist
from worrying so much: if something is not going to matter
in 1, 3 or 10 years, it’s probably not worth worrying over. Worrying is poison
to the human system; so, stay clear of it.

Live in harmony with your subconscious mind…
Your brain is built to reinforce and regulate your life.
The subconscious mind is
the powerful secondary system that runs everything in your life. Learning how
to stimulate the communication between the conscious and the subconscious minds
is a powerful tool on the way to success, happiness and riches.
Your subconscious mind has something called a homeostatic
impulse, which regulates functions like body temperature, heartbeat and
breathing. "Through your autonomic nervous system, [your homeostatic
impulse] maintains a balance among the hundreds of chemicals in your billions
of cells so that your entire physical machine functions in complete harmony
most of the time."
The subconscious mind is a data-bank for
everything, which is not in your conscious mind. It stores your beliefs, your
previous experience, your memories, your skills. Everything that you have seen,
done or thought is also there.
Your subconscious mind believes everything. It
has no filter and doesn’t know the difference between what’s true and what’s
not.
The subconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between good and bad—it only manifests what you feed it, turning ideas into convictions and translating them into mental affirmations and habitual actions.
Three-level mind model
Conscious – defines all thoughts and actions within our awareness.
For example, the beauty and pleasance of the smell of a red tulip
Subconscious – defines all reactions and automatic actions we can become aware of if we think about them.
For example, our ability to drive a car: once we get skilled, we stop thinking which gears to use, which pedals to press, or which mirror to look at, yet can always become aware of what was done once we think about it.
Unconscious – defines all past events and memories,
Though at times inaccessible to us no matter how hard we try to remember to bring things up.
For example, the first word we’ve learned to say, or how it felt to be able to walk on our own.
Improve Your Self Awareness
We
must wake up, relearn and transform.
We must rid ourselves
of deep-rooted beliefs that govern us and control us. Because the ideas and
beliefs that are dominant in our subconscious mind will ultimately take control
of our thoughts, actions and reactions. So, if you consciously feed your mind fear,
worry, negativity, you can expect that those thoughts will manifest themselves
into your reality. You will be afraid; you will worry and you will be negative.
Explore the power of your Subconscious mind.
1.Picture an Iceberg — The part above the surface is Conscious Mind — Objective, Decisive, Woken up, Rationale.
2.The part below the surface is Unconscious
Mind —Subjective, Deep self, Sleeping.
3.The subconscious mind is always at
work, harness its power.
4.Realize the power of your positive
thinking and accomplish your dreams.
5.You can CHOOSE to
be happy and lose the negative thoughts.
6.Believe in something to make it your reality.
7.Your subconscious mind believes what you
consciously believe.
8.What goes in your mind defines your
world.
9.Sleep is when your subconscious mind works
the best.
10.Use visualization to
create a placebo effect.

Hormonal imbalance in the body : FIX THE FOX
Hormonal imbalance occurs when the natural balance of the hormones is disrupted.
The best way to manage hormonal imbalance is to rectify the
problem in the early stages rather than later when the signs and symptoms
become debilitating and difficult to manage.
Hormones, “chemical messengers”, provide
humoral mediation and control. The hormones are produced in specific endocrine
glands (hypothalamus, hypophysis, epiphysis, thyroid, parathyroid, suprarenal
glands and the pancreas), or in endocrine specific tissues and cells located in
different organs (such as the central nervous system, ovaries, testicles, heart
atriums, kidneys, liver or digestive tracts). Their transmission mediates by
blood mostly. The hormones have a slow onset and prolonged effect. The target
cells are equipped with receptors to which appropriated hormones are bound.
Hormones are controlled by feedback systems. This means they are only released
when their store gets the right trigger — which may be a chemical in the blood
or another hormone.
Major hormone sources include: the pituitary gland just below the brain; the
thyroid gland; the adrenal glands; the pancreas; a woman’s ovaries; a
man’s testes.
The pituitary is the source of many important hormones, including growth
hormones which spur growing.
Adrenaline is released by the adrenals to ready your body for action.
Endorphins and encephalon's block or relieve pain.
Estrogen and progesterone are female sex hormones that control a woman’s
monthly cycle.
Testosterone is a male sex hormone which controls the workings of a man’s sex
organs.
Yoga is an ancient discipline designed to bring balance and health to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of an individual. Yoga’s focus on breathing is also beneficial for stimulating the endocrine system, helping it to function more effectively.
Yoga poses mainly focuses on the activation and correct functioning of all hormones influencing the production of sexual hormones in the sex glands. It gears to human beings suffering from hormonal disbalances.
As with other types of exercising,
Yoga & Yoga Mudra can improve the state of health, the elasticity and
flexibility of the human body and the mobility of joints. Moreover, it can
detoxify the organism, accelerate metabolism, improve the posture and the shape
of the complexion, while supporting immunity.
It was found that brief yoga-based relaxation training normalizes the function of the autonomic nervous system by deviating both sympathetic and parasympathetic indices toward more “normal” middle region of the reference values.
Yoga can be good for women in the
menopause to decrease its undesirable symptoms such as insomnia, hot flushes,
irritability, nervousness, depression, emotional instability, memory loss, loss
of vitality, urogenital dryness, incontinence, low libido and migraines. It may
also help young girls suffering from premenstrual syndrome, painful
menstruation, the loss of menstruation after they stop taking contraception
pills, suffering from polycystic ovarian production, and from some causes of
infertility (caused by hormonal imbalance or poor blood circulation in the
pelvic area). It may help in the case of the hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin
and acne. As mentioned above, it is not suitable for women only. It may
harmonize hormonal levels in men too. With some practice, you will learn to trust
yourself more.
