What makes your skin feel Happy?

Our skin can often be one of our most neglected areas, despite it being the largest organ on our body. We do, after all, live in it!

We all know the saying, “You are what you eat.” But so, few of us really take the time to actually understand and appreciate how the food we put in our bodies affects our overall health, energy, and appearance.

Your skin changes throughout the year, just like the seasons. So, what works for you in the summer, often isn’t going to be the best remedy for the winter. The trick is to figure out why and what you can do to change that.

When you eat healthy and give movement to your body then only you keep yourself healthy, without giving proper nutrients to your skin how can you even think that your face would start glowing.

Look out for the missing nutrient: Notice the behavior & changes in your skin & try to figure out the vitamins & minerals you are lacking. (Do not follow this tip if your skin condition is severe). Do a vitamin deficiency test for you skin.
Vitamin A deficiency means you have dry & scaly skin
Vitamin D lacking means you have flaky, irritating skin
Vitamin E lacking means you have sun damaged
Vitamin C deficiency means you probably have rough dry skin & so on
Just consult a good professional to advice you some vitamins & minerals supplements & diet.

Feeling beautiful is much important than actually being beautiful.

Gut health- You can never have glowing and clear skin if your stomach is not functioning well. Bloating, gas, acidity and low energy levels are some of the symptoms which speak of a poor gut health. It clearly means that these symptoms would show on your skin in the form of acne, pimples and rashes. So, how do we achieve great gut health? Cut sugar, junk food, gluten, dairy and pulses from your diet for some time.

Yoga/Exercise- Exercise and yoga play a pivotal role in healing your skin and stomach. A quick 15 minutes yoga routine compiled with deep breathing exercises heals you like magic. Always walk for 10 minutes after your meals.

Bottom line

Regardless of how old you are or what your lifestyle is, it’s important to make a conscious effort to look after your skin. The skin you live in is yours forever, so take the time to treat it well. In return, it will take care of you!

What works for me may or may not work for youDetermine what your skin type is that is seriously important. Be warned for every skin tone is different you need to find your own skin routine and stick to it.

The golden rule is that living healthy is not a treatment that you can take for a month and then stop, it is a way of living that you have to carry with you no matter where you go.

Be confident and take on this world with grace!

Life is like a Rubik's Cube.

The Rubik’s Cube, the geometric puzzle created in 1974 by a Hungarian architecture professor, striving to help his students understand 3D geometry. The Cube has 43 quintillion possible positions and exactly one correct solution, which at the moment feels about as close as the nearest star.

The Rubik’s Cube became one of the most popular toys in history, with more than 350 million sold to date.

Sometimes life looks like a big mess—but God is always working, and He will make things right in the end.

When solving a Rubik's Cube, one must focus. ... While solving a Rubik's Cube, as noted by Hobby Inspired, the brain cells are kept activated. The cube also improves the brain's cognitive mapping skills.

Life is like a Rubik's Cube. Sometimes all the squares line up and sometimes they just don't!"

Life is similar to Rubik's Cube. It's not complete all the time. In most cases, it's scrambled. What we enjoy, is the process that turns it from disordered to ordered. This process is colorful and astonishing.

Critical lessons Rubik’s cube teaches us.

Improves problem-solving
Life is about problem-solving. The basis for this skill is breaking an issue down into smaller parts and addressing each item one by one. With over 43 quintillion options to twist and turn, the Rubik’s Cube could be thought of as a mini plastic universe. When you sit and solve the puzzle, you must
focus and turn each section, while realizing that every twist affects subsequent moves. Puzzlers may be able to find the solution for how to solve a Rubik’s cube, but people who like real challenges love to come up with their own. These are the world’s creative problem solvers.

Improves patience
Face it. This puzzle requires perseverance. It could take hours to solve, or it could end up on a shelf. People who work at this must sit, think, and twist. Then sit, think, and twist again and again. Of course,
solving a problem like the cube can lead to a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. When faced with future tasks that are difficult and time-consuming, cubers have the confidence to tackle the job and complete it.

Shortcuts lead you nowhere.

To solve the Rubik’s cube, you need to follow the particular set of steps. You can’t skip one and finish solving the cube. There are no shortcuts here. Likewise, there are no shortcuts in life. If you wish to reach somewhere, you need to follow the steps. Shortcuts might look easy, but they won’t take you near your destination.

Improves concentration and configuration
When solving a Rubik’s Cube, one must focus. Living in the digital age of flashing screens and beeping phones, it is becoming harder to concentrate on one task for a long time. While solving a Rubik’s Cube, as noted by Hobby Inspired, the brain cells are kept activated.

The cube also improves the brain’s cognitive mapping skills. The Rubik’s cube is an instance of what’s called a configuration problem, the best-known example of which involves finding the most efficient way to reorganize boxes stacked in a warehouse.” Go configure!

Practice makes progress.

Practice makes progress,” on the other hand, is a philosophy that encourages and acknowledges improvement in any capacity. As with many things in life, fitness should be viewed as a marathon, not a sprint.

The process of finding a solution or discovering an addition to mankind, the process of critical planning, launching, branding, executing, failing and fighting back.

Similarly in life, you have to ruffle things up once in a while. You need to get out of your comfort zones, give up those personal silos you have created, and take risks if you want to win the war.

Things only get better after they get worse. solving cube is similar to life because you go by an algorithm! Life is difficult. But you must persevere

Just Do It or JDI for short

 Just Do It

This punchy, adrenaline-fueled tagline lifts the lid on unprecedented access and the troublemakers who dare to cross the line. Avoiding daily tasks can crush our happiness, hurt our bank accounts, and even damage our health -- but you can learn how to move forward.

Many magazines and journalists described the slogan as the best tagline of the 20th century, connecting the current situation with people and making them believe that they can be successful too by wearing the Nike products. The key was that the tagline was short, simple and memorable.

Just Do It is a trademark of shoe company Nike, and it is one of the core components of Nike's brand. The slogan was coined in 1988 at an advertising agency meeting. The founder of the Wieden+Kennedy agency, Dan Wieden, credits the inspiration for his "Just Do It" Nike slogan to Gary Gilmore’s last words: "Let's do it."

Gilmore was strapped into a chair, waiting for a firing squad to execute him at Utah State Prison. It was the morning of Jan. 17, 1977, and Gilmore, convicted of murdering a gas station employee and motel manager in Utah the year before, was to become the first person in the United States to be executed in nearly a decade.

Gilmore did not flinch when he was executed. The story of Gilmore has been long forgotten by most. But his final words live on in a manner no one would have imagined.

Do it. Just do it. Don't let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday, you said tomorrow. So just do it. Make your dreams come true. Just do it. Some people dream of success, while you're going to wake up and work hard at it. Nothing is impossible. You should get to the point where anyone else would quit, and you're not going to stop there. No, what are you waiting for? Do it! Just do it! Yes, you can. Just do it.

What does 'just do it' mean to you?

If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up.

Just Do It means that if you want to do something, and have evaluated that this thing that you want to do is going to make your life better, (like going to the gym, dating somebody, asking for a raise), then you should do it without thinking twice. You will feel amazing just because you’ve stepped out of your comfort zone, even if you will fail.

When you want to do something just do it, no matter what people say because no one has the right to give you the approval to do something.

Set your goal

He who fails to plan, plans to fail. Set your goal first. But that doesn’t mean set any random goal. Set a goal depending on your skills and your strength. Imagine yourself few years in the future, rich, successful, and then imagine how you got there. Your path will automatically be clear to you and that’s where you create a clear plan to reach that future & JUST DO IT ||||

Coconut Benefits

Coconut water is often used to prevent and relieve health problems such as dehydration, constipation, digestive problems, fatigue, heatstroke, boils, diarrhoea, kidney stones, urinary tract infections and even sterility.

Coconut water is a rich source of cytokinin, anti-aging compounds which help to prevent ageing an age-related disease.

Prevents Dehydration

Young coconuts are more health-enhancing of the two. The water in the young coconut is one of the highest sources of electrolytes.

Electrolytes are responsible for keeping the body properly hydrated so the muscles and nerves can function appropriately.

Therefore, it is more beneficial to drink the water from a young coconut after an intense workout rather than the commercial sports drinks we see advertised.

Coconut ranked #3 food choice for men

The health benefits of coconut are almost countless. But why is this food particularly good for men’s sexual health?

Coconut is a great energy source. It’s particularly noted for boosting endurance. It’s revered for its ability to aid and strengthen the digestive system. (A high fiber food, coconut meat is considered a good food for keeping your bowl regular and digestive system healthy.)

“Rubbing coconut oil all over the body serves not only to hydrate and restore the lipid layer with omega-3 fatty acids, it also increases the metabolism at the cellular level so you will be detoxed and hydrated,”.
