Meditation:An eternal Bliss


Meditation is a practice where some individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end.

It gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve.

Prayer is when you talk to GOD and Meditation is when GOD talks to you.
