Easy Hand Mudras to Stop Hair Fall
Who does not want long and lusty hair?
But due to heavy pollution, poor diet and by using heavily doped chemical
products, many people across the globe are suffering from hair problems such as
hair fall, premature greying, dry and breathless
hair. But it is within the human capacity to get healthy hair. The only
condition is to spend few minutes daily in doing hand mudras. In this post
I have listed down 5 Easy Hand Mudras to Stop Hair Fall.
1) Prithavi Mudra - Prithavi mudra is good for overall
physical strength, since it increases the Earth element and decreases the fire
element in the body. And Earth element strengthens the tissues of body. Hence
Prithavi Mudra builds up the body tissues and decreases the body temperature. It can be practiced anytime
and anywhere. For practicing Prithavi Mudra, join the thumb with the ring
finger and keep other finger straight. It can be practiced for 30-40 minutes
daily.
2) Pran Mudra or Kapha kaarak
Mudra - This
mudra is said to be a cure for all diseases. It increases the pranic force in
the body. This Mudra is also known as Kapha kaarak Mudra since it increases
Kapha humor in the body. By regular practice of this mudra, hair root gets
strengthen. This mudra should be practiced by sitting in Padma Ansa or lotus
pose. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Join the tip of thumb with the tip of ring and little finger. The other fingers
should be kept straight. This Mudra can be practiced for 15 to 30 minutes.

Vayu Mudra - This mudra is related to Vayu element in
the body. It decreases the air element in the body providing many health
benefits. Stress and Anxiety also a reason for hair fall. This mudra helps calm down the mind
which in turn gives lustrous hair growth. Place the tip of index finger on the
base of the thumb to form Vayu Mudra. Be in this position for 15 to 30 minutes.

Kapha Naashak Mudra - This mudra can be formed by placing tip
of ring and little finger at the base of the thumb. Other fingers should be
kept straight. This mudra is highly beneficial for treatment of coldness
of hair and skin. It also cures many winter related problems such as dryness of
skin. This mudra can be practiced for 30 minutes daily.
5) Prasanna Mudra - This mudra can be practiced by bringing both of the hand near the chest. Now rub the nails of four fingers with each other’s in up- down direction. Keep the thumb straight. Practice it daily for 5 to 10 minutes for 30 days.
So these
are some of the highly beneficial mudras for stopping hair fall. Mudras don’t need much effort but
you need to devote time and have patience. You will see the difference with in
